Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients:
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
Boil the long beans, bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrots until cooked. Drain and set aside.
Cut the tofu, tempeh, and rice cakes into desired sizes.
2. Make the peanut sauce:
Blend the peanuts, garlic, red chilies, palm sugar, and salt until smooth.
